my2be is where all the programme mentorship communication takes place. You can use my2be for communicating with your mentee group, mentor or the programme team and other cohort members. You will be able to join our my2be Freelance HER 100 Cohort 1 Workspace very soon.

Guidelines for use

• Go to the my2be website, preferable on a desktop but mobile works well too.
• Turn on notifications as you will be expected to respond any message addressed to you on my2be within 24 hours
• You can chat with people on the cohort and mentors directly
• Increasing diversity and belonging to the community
• Please ask a member of the Freelance HER team to add you if you are missing from any important channels.
• Here is a quick guide to my2be for those of you who have been living under a rock 😉

Failure to communicate while participating in Freelance HER

Prompt communication is incredibly important on any accelerator, to make sure that everybody can get the most out of opportunities that arise on the programme and that the programme runs smoothly.

The expectation is that you will be able to respond to an inquiry from the team within 24 working hours. If you persistently do not participate in communication it may result in you forfeiting the ability to attend sessions workshops and other programme activities.**

Of course we understand life happens, just drop us a message to say you're away for some time or you need to disconnect for a while. In all other instances, we will expect you to be reachable and responsive.
